A Moveka Station is a place where you can hand over a package you are sending, or collect one sent to you. Choose a Station that fits your day, then check the delivery options for your route on Moveka.
Selling clothes online? Sending something to family? You can use a Moveka Station at one end of the trip or both. The sender drops off at the starting Station. The recipient collects at the destination Station.
Find your Moveka Station first
- Open moveka.africa. Tap the menu, then Coverage. Under Areas we serve, tap View area beside your area, then View area beside the location you need. Tap View Station for the Station you want.
- Check the exact Station name, entrance photo, directions and opening hours. Read any changes to the hours before heading out.
- If you are sending, choose that Station in Send a package too. Moveka will show the services and price available for the two places you choose.
Sending from a Moveka Station
On moveka.africa, tap Send a package. Origin means where the package starts. Choose your drop-off Station there. Destination means where the recipient will get the package. Choose their Station or doorstep location, then compare the offers shown.
Add the package details and both people’s names and phone numbers. Check the final charge and delivery instructions, then complete the digital payment. Follow the confirmed drop-off instructions and take the packed package to the booked starting Station. Choosing a Station at Origin means you take the package there yourself.
Collecting at a Moveka Station
Open the Moveka tracking link from the sender, or check your package reference on Moveka. Wait until tracking says the package is ready to collect at the named Station. Check its hours and any collection deadline before travelling.
Have your package reference and the phone used for the delivery ready. If Moveka asks for a delivery code, give it to the attendant handling your collection. Keep your M-Pesa PIN and account password private.

Can I combine a Station with doorstep delivery?
Yes, where the route offers it. You could drop off at a Moveka Station and have a courier deliver to the recipient’s location. Or arrange pickup from your location and let the recipient collect at a Station. Choose what works for each person before booking.
Which service should I choose?
Moveka shows available SameDay and Express offers after you choose both ends of the trip. Compare the timing, price and handover instructions for your package. A Station appearing in the directory does not mean every delivery service is available there.
Will I need to pay when collecting?
Check the instructions for your package. If payment is required before collection, use the payment link or QR code for that package and pay digitally. Wait for Moveka to confirm payment before collecting the package. Moveka is cashless.
What if a Station is unavailable?
If you have not booked yet, choose another suitable Station in Send a package and review the new route and charge. If the package is already on its way, follow its tracking instructions. Do not travel to a different Station just because it is nearby.
