Pay through your booking
Use the digital payment options shown for your booking. Check the amount and follow the payment instructions in Moveka. Available methods depend on the service and payment provider.
Wait for confirmation
Your booking shows the confirmed payment status. For Pay on Delivery, your customer pays digitally and payment must be confirmed before the package is released. If payment is pending, follow the instructions in the payment journey.
Manage your wallet
Merchants can review confirmed payment activity in their account and withdraw available funds to M-Pesa through the wallet withdrawal journey. Check the current status and any applicable charges before confirming.
