Do not send unlawful goods, stolen property, explosives, ammunition, weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, hazardous substances, or any item whose transport would breach Kenyan law. Do not place physical cash, negotiable financial instruments or payment credentials in a package.
Items requiring an expressly supported service
Do not book live animals, human remains, temperature-sensitive medical materials, perishable goods, dangerous batteries, flammable liquids, fragile or unusually valuable items unless the selected service expressly permits them and all relevant requirements are met. A description in this list does not establish an available specialised service.
Your responsibilities
Describe contents accurately, observe the selected service’s size, weight and value limits, and package goods safely. Obtain any legally required permits. Do not conceal restricted goods or misdeclare the package.
If you are unsure
