Want a clearer parcel delivery quote and fewer last-minute surprises? Share the right parcel and access details up front, then compare the options that apply to your delivery. As Kenya’s largest courier, Moveka helps you take the next step with confidence.
What details should you prepare for a courier quote?
- Parcel size and weight: Measure the packed parcel and give your best accurate details.
- What’s inside: Describe the contents clearly, especially if an item is fragile or needs careful handling.
- Packaging: Say whether the parcel is already packed and ready to go.
- Pickup details: Prepare the full address, a useful landmark and any instructions for finding the entrance.
- Delivery details: Check the recipient’s full address and contact details, and note any gate, building or access instructions.
What access details are easy to overlook?
A correct address is only part of a smooth handover. Flag details that could make the pickup or delivery point harder to find or reach, such as a controlled gate, a specific entrance or a building reception desk. If written directions are unclear, share a short, useful access note with the address.
How do you choose the right delivery option?
Start with your parcel details, then review the available options for your delivery. Moveka’s services include Express and Same-Day; the Send page shows the options and prices that apply to your parcel. Compare what is offered before you choose, and make sure the details you enter match the parcel you’re preparing.
