Passenger routes and stations

Recognisable by its green-and-yellow vehicles, Super Metro connects Nairobi’s central business district with Kikuyu, Thika, Juja, Makongeni, Ngong, Kitengela, Rongai, Kabiria, Malaa and Kahawa West.[1]

Its published network has more than 15 stations. Alongside these destinations, listed locations include Mfangano Street, Bus Station, Westlands, Roysambu, Juja Farm, Regen and Kinoo. These form part of its Nairobi metropolitan passenger network, rather than a confirmed list of parcel collection points.[1]

Office and contacts

Super Metro’s published main contact address is Njengi House, seventh floor, Nairobi. Its telephone numbers are +254 722 730 430, +254 721 202 313 and +254 723 987 478, and its website is smetro.co.ke. These newer contact details supersede older third-party listings identifying Maragua Lane as the main address.[1]

Parcel transport

Super Metro carries parcels on selected passenger routes, including documents and ordinary packages. Before sending, confirm acceptance on the particular route, the drop-off and collection points, charges, expected delivery time, weight limits and packaging or identification requirements. Delivery depends on vehicle schedules, destination and operating conditions; it is not a guaranteed same-day service across the network.[1]

Senders should obtain a receipt or parcel reference and provide the recipient’s correct name and telephone number.[1]

Other services

Super Metro also advertises group vehicle hire and airport shuttles. Selected long-distance coach operations have been promoted separately from its urban Sacco commuter services; the commuter destinations above should not be read as an executive-coach route list.[1]
