Nairobi to Karatina parcels: choosing between 2NK and 4NTE desks
Use 2NK’s direction-specific sending and receiving numbers, or ask 4NTE which Nairobi station should accept your parcel for Karatina.
For a Nairobi to Karatina parcel, start with the Nairobi sending desk and confirm the receiving arrangement before handing over your package. 2NK labels its desks by direction; 4NTE lists station contacts without separate sending and receiving labels.[1][2]

Choose by the desk you need
2NK provides the clearer directional labels: Nairobi sending is 0742054504 and Karatina receiving is 0706235258. With 4NTE, call Nairobi Accra on 0792679486 or Nyamakima on 0700177353 and ask which station should accept your Karatina parcel.[1][2]
Keep 2NK’s reverse-direction numbers separate
2NK also lists Nairobi receiving on 0706235260 and Karatina sending on 0702326231. These are separately labelled offices: for the Nairobi to Karatina journey, begin with Nairobi sending and give the recipient the Karatina receiving number.[1]
Confirm the receiving handoff
4NTE lists Karatina station on 0792679495 without a separate receiving label. Ask that station about collection. Both operators’ evidence identifies parcel offices or stations; neither supplied page establishes doorstep delivery. Confirm where the recipient must collect, what identification is required and whether any doorstep handoff is available before sending.[1][2]
Get a parcel quote before travelling
Neither supplied parcel page gives a Nairobi to Karatina parcel price, dispatch cutoff or arrival time. Describe the contents, size and weight when calling, and request the charge and expected collection arrangements. Confirm the exact Nairobi handover location as well.[1][2]
