Passenger routes

Routes are listed in both directions between Nairobi and Kisumu, Siaya, Bondo, Nambale, Lwakhakha, Malaba, Kitale, Kapenguria, Kamukuywa and Mombasa. Other Nairobi-bound routes start in Mumias, Chwele, Kimilili, Bungoma and Eldoret; a Malaba–Bungoma–Nairobi route is also listed.^[1]

More specifically named routes include Nairobi–Kapsabet–Nambale, Nairobi–Siaya–Port Victoria and Nairobi–Lwakhakha–Mbale in Uganda. Nairobi–Kitale–Lwakhakha and Nairobi–Bumala–Port appear in both directions, alongside a separate Port–Nairobi listing. The destination labelled “Port” is not expanded in those route names.^[1]

The route menu also includes “Nairobi–St. Peter’s Executive” and “Western–Nairobi Morning”. The latter names a broad service area rather than a specific starting town.^[1]

Booking and parcel listing

The website supports ticket searches by origin, destination and date, with Executive and Regular vehicle filters. Departure times are shown after a pickup point is selected, so the route menu alone does not establish a current departure. A Greenline Royal app is also advertised.^[1]

A separate “Mombasa–Upcountry Parcels” entry expressly identifies a parcel service. It does not specify the upcountry destinations or establish parcel availability on the passenger routes.^[1]
