Passenger routes and booking
Easy Coach’s Nairobi–western Kenya destinations include Kisumu, Kakamega, Mumias, Bungoma, Busia, Malaba, Kitale, Eldoret, Webuye, Kaimosi and Kapsabet. Its Nyanza destinations include Siaya, Bondo, Usenge, Homabay, Kisii, Migori, Rongo, Sirare, Oyugis and Mbita.[1]
Rift Valley destinations include Nakuru, Kericho, Narok and Moi’s Bridge. Kampala, Uganda, is also listed as a passenger destination, but that listing does not confirm current departure availability.[1]
The operator offers day and night passenger departures, online and app booking, and M-Pesa payment.[1]

Letter and parcel services
Alongside its passenger services, Easy Coach carries letters and parcels under its conditions of carriage. A consignment note serves as the receipt and forms the carriage contract; copies of the conditions are available from its offices.[1][2]
Parcels are accepted for transport and collected during normal working hours. Recipients must provide sufficient identification and, where necessary, acceptable authority to collect. Easy Coach’s terms do not undertake to notify recipients when goods arrive.[2]
